BEFORE YOU APPLY, please have the email address you want to use handy and be sure to save your password. Don’t have an email address? Create one prior to applying at Gmail or Yahoo.

After completing an admissions applicaiton, you will receive an email with a link and access code to apply for FINANCIAL AID

• You can include multiple children in the same Financial Assistance application.
• Please use the same email address and password you used for your Admissions Application when you login.
• The fee to apply for financial aid is $39 per family

In order to take advantage of this program for the 2022-2023 school year, please download and return this UPK application form and return it along with ALL the required documents listed below.

Required Items for Students Entering the UPK Program:

• Birth Certificate
• Updated Immunization Record
• Most Recent Physical

In addition to the above requirements, families must present three proofs of Yonkers residency. The documents must be dated within 30 days of the date of application.
